If the cap is closed crooked, the ring can become compromised as pressure is applied to seal the dispenser shut causing a leak. The wand stands on its own because it has a free standing end and this is how I store it when I am not using it. BUT, it leaks and I find dish soap on the sink where I left it the night before. I don’t like that it wastes my dish soap! Has the leaking issue been fixed? If not, I’ll be switching to another brand.

I have the same issues as well plus I can’t get it to come out of the dish head. It only leaks through the seal at the bottom. Mine is a useless product.

I’m a big fan of Scrub Daddy in general and was excited to try this newer product. The dish daddy does have the same quality as the other products they sell. The soap compartment isn’t sealed so anytime it’s standing as its designed to, soap leaks all over the counter and sink. Not only is it a mess to clean up but it’s extremely wasteful. If only I could add pictures and show you how much soap is on my counter just from overnight.

Please do better for your customers!
