I cannot get the soap to come out. I push the button and nothing happens. It’s seems to be faulty. There is no hole cut for the soap to come out

In reply to rajammer. We're sorry to hear about this, rajammer. Priming your Soap Daddy should fix this. Just squeeze the sides and dispense soap one time. This must be done each time the top of the dispenser is opened to recreate vacuum pressure. Screwing the lid back on tight so it is properly aligned will keep the dispenser working properly too. I’m so disappointed in the scrub daddy soap dispenser because it leaks from the bottom. I love the cute flower like design, but can’t use because of the leaking. My daughter has one that only dispenses from the top, but I’m not able to find this style. Love the sponges, but really wish the design of the dispenser would be changed.

I contacted your customer support multiple times regarding a leaking dispenser. It was leaking from the bottom. No response. So…..I packaged up the bugger and sent it to you, at my cost, with a letter explaining the issue. I also sent you an email explaining that I was sending this back to you. I figured you would need to know if your product was defective. No response again either to my email or your receipt of the leaking dispenser. Bad, bad customer service.

I bought a pack, started using the blue one and after first use the flex texture side started falling apart .
