I purchased 3 products and never received them. When I reached out to customer support, they just said tracking shows delivered buy there was no signature photo or anything that confirmed it was delivered. I have used their products before which I love, and this was the first time ordering from their website. Customer service sucks for such a big company. As a person that works for customer service for a smaller company, we would never not resolve our customers. Be careful when purchasing from the website as any issues will not get resolved.

(Only vacuumed) and this stuff made it effortless. I added some to a spray bottle with water and let it sit for 10 minutes. I scrubbed the problem areas and it looks brand new!

It is completely different I have only used it once on my bathtub and it was amazing, the creaminess was a delight I don’t enjoy the grit type of cleaners on porcelain this was smooth and did an excellent job of cleaning and the best part was it rinsed off so nice I will be using this all over the bathroom and the kitchen.
