I have tried and tried to unscrew the bottom and it won’t unscrew. It literally goes a fraction of the click and stops. I have tried pulling up a twisting, pushing down and twisting, squeezing from various angles a twisting think opening a medicine bottle and nothing.

I tried googling to see how to do it and I just keep seeing ads where they twist it off in 2 seconds flat.

Nothing explains how to twist the damn thing off.

If you can help me get it off so I can actually use it all update my review.
