I love the idea/concept of this brush, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired… the brush separated from the yellow plastic thing that holds it in with metal teeth during the FIRST use of the brush. I wasn’t brushing that hard; this just seems very frail. I see other complains about this in the product reviews as well (which I wish I had read BEFORE I bought the brush) — are there any head design changes on the horizon to fix a clear design/product issue?

Have had this for less than a month, used it a few times and the pad quickly ripped from the yellow part that slides into the handle. Mediocre and overhyped product

Bought at Home Depot 3 weeks ago, have used it probably about 4 times and it is already falling apart with pieces coming off. Not worth the money at all. Very disappointed.

Cleaning a grill with its temperature at 300° and no higher than 350° will result in maximum use of the scrubbing head. Using the notched, stainless-steel scraper to loosen any stuck-on materials before dunking the scrubbing head into cold water (the colder, the better) and scrubbing your grill clean will also help get the most out of the scrubbing head. I got a bbq daddy about 6 months ago to use with my new stainless steel grill. I loved that it did not have bristles and did a good job cleaning my grill. Especially when soak with water to create that steamed clean.
I use my grill every 2 to 3 weeks, so not overly used, yet.
Last week the pad cover tore and became completely useless.
Very disappointing.
I contemplated giving a one star and decided to up it to 2 as I really like this product, until now.

I’ve used mine 5 or 6 times now. I get it wet like the directions say before every use. It works great on my pellet smoker. Cleans the grates really well. I haven’t scene any issues with the replaceable pad breaking down. Even if it does it’s replaceable duh.
