We’re sorry to hear about this, rajammer. Priming your Soap Daddy should fix this. Just squeeze the sides and dispense soap one time. This must be done each time the top of the dispenser is opened to recreate vacuum pressure. Screwing the lid back on tight so it is properly aligned will keep the dispenser working properly too. I love the cute flower like design, but can’t use because of the leaking. My daughter has one that only dispenses from the top, but I’m not able to find this style. Love the sponges, but really wish the design of the dispenser would be changed.

So I gave mine away too. Well the new ones both leak. And I’m so sad cuz my old one did not so I don’t know what changes happened to the bottle but I’m super disappointed. I don’t want anything else but I am losing alot of dish soap so I’ll have to buy some other product to replace these 2 bottles I have still. Bummer.

I was sent a replacement with a hand written note! You can’t ask for better customer service. However, the new one was opened and had spilled out into the bubble wrap it was packaged in. Love all the products i have tried. This was my first order and first time trying scrub daddy products.

It makes cleaning dishes easy. The downfall is that all the ridges catch debris and scum. The design makes it very difficult to clean out this scum. If you’re not regularly rinsing off the dispenser and wiping all the grooves, your dispenser is going to SMELL.
But despite that one flaw, it’s made my life easier when it comes to soaping up and cleaning the kitchen.
