For a secure hold, the entire surface area of the cup needs to contact a clean and dry flat surface. When Daddy Caddy is connected to a surface that is not flat, the air can find its way under the suction cup from its sides which causes the Caddy to separate from the surface and slip away. Great for holding a sponge, but it doesn’t stick at all. Hopefully can return for our money back. Worst suction ever

I love all the Scrub Daddy products so I was excited to try this one when I finally found it in stores. This does not suction to your sink well at all. I’ve tried everything I can think of to get it to stay. No such luck.

We have a stainless steel sink and we washed the area and made sure it was clean. we Let it dry and installed the caddy and in less than in a minute it had fallen off. Nothing seems to work to make this work. We are so disappointed. We were so excited to have this addition cause we love the sponge.

Caution buying any of the products with suction cups. You will most likely have to request updated suction cups. Once you get them, it works fine. However, should you remove it from your sink or where ever you stick it, it will not stick again. When mine came in, it didn’t stick so I emailed for replacement. Unfortunately, they have not figured out how to put proper postage on the replacement package. Twice it came to me with postage due. I decided not to call them again and just paid the postage due. The second shipment did include replacement suction cups for my old one that no longer sticks. Still doesn’t stick. Bottom line: stay away from anything with the suction cups until they fix the problem without multiple calls to customer service. As for me, I will find another brand to support. Asking customers to pay postage on replacement parts is not acceptable.

The caddy is sticking well to my stainless steel sink with no issues so far! I really like having a dedicated spot for my Scrub Daddies. It also keeps me motivated to stay on top of washing the dishes and keep my sink empty so I don’t accidentally knock it over. Funny how that works. Overall, recommended!
