I contacted your customer support multiple times regarding a leaking dispenser. It was leaking from the bottom. No response. So…..I packaged up the bugger and sent it to you, at my cost, with a letter explaining the issue. I also sent you an email explaining that I was sending this back to you. I figured you would need to know if your product was defective. No response again either to my email or your receipt of the leaking dispenser. Bad, bad customer service.

Let us take care of this messy situation for you. To resolve this issue, priming must be done each time the top of the dispenser is opened. Just squeeze the sides of Soap Daddy and dispense soap one time. This recreates vacuum pressure. When the top is closed, make sure to screw the lid back on tight so it is properly aligned. Ughhh! We’re sorry for the frustration, Jay. To resolve this, the bottom valve must be primed before use by squeezing the sides and dispensing soap one time. Do this each time the top of the dispenser is opened to recreate vacuum pressure. Also, please be sure to screw the lid back on tight so it is properly aligned. I wish I had checked the reviews before I bought this. It leaks, bad. I tried all the suggestions and it still leaked everywhere. Stick with the Dawn EZ Squeeze bottle. It’s not as pretty, but won’t make a mess or waste soap.

I was excited about this thing but; it leaks pretty bad. It’s unusable. I guess I should have known. It dispenses from the top and bottom. How could it not leak?

We’re so sorry to hear about this, Irenia. To stop the leaking, please try priming your Soap Daddy by squeezing the sides and dispense soap from the bottom one time. This must be done each time the top of the dispenser is opened and will recreate vacuum pressure. Also, check to make sure the lid is on tight and properly aligned. I really wanted to love this but all it did was disappoint. After unboxing it all it did was leak, it was truly such a waste of dish soap. If I could I would return it but I kept it and waited too long.
