We’re sorry to hear about this. After it’s been used, a Damp Duster should be stored in the open air, and it will dry naturally. Just re-moisten before the next use, and you’ll be set to go.

I was pleasantly surprised that with a quick rinse the dust was gone. Only down side to this product, if it gets soaked all the way through, it takes a little bit longer to dry out.
